Delete Account
This page describes FitFo account deletion methods, processing timelines, data impact scope, and post-deletion anonymization rules.

1. How to Delete Your Account
- In-app deletion (recommended): open profile/settings and select “Delete Account”.
- Email deletion request: send an email to support@fitfo.fun with subject “Delete My FitFo Account”.
2. Identity Verification
To protect account security, we may require verification of your registered email or other necessary account details before deletion.
3. What Happens After Deletion
- Your account is deactivated and historical training data may no longer be accessible.
- Identifiable personal data is removed; workout/nutrition records and AI chat/emotional-support content are deleted or anonymized within our processing window.
- Community posts/comments may be retained in anonymized form to preserve discussion continuity; anonymized content is no longer directly tied to your identity.
- Some records may be retained when required by law, anti-fraud controls, or dispute handling.
4. Processing Timeline
Most deletion requests are completed within 7-30 days. Complex cases may take longer, and progress updates may be sent by email.
5. Help and Recovery Questions
If you deleted your account by mistake or need assistance during the process, contact support as soon as possible.
