1. Contact Channels

  • Typical response time: within 1-3 business days.
  • Use this channel for account issues, privacy requests, AI chat/content concerns, equipment/meal recognition issues, community moderation requests, feature issues, and refund-related inquiries (if applicable).

2. What to Include in a Support Request

  • Device model, iOS version, screenshots/screen recording, and reproduction steps.
  • For photo recognition issues, include the source image, recognition screenshot, and expected result.
  • For community issues, include post/comment link, screenshots, and timestamp.
  • For account-related issues, include your registered email address (never send passwords).
  • For privacy, anonymization, or deletion requests, clearly state the request type.

3. Legal and Compliance Requests

For legal notices, privacy rights requests, or compliance communication, email us and include “Legal” or “Privacy Request” in the subject line.
