1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the FitFo website, waitlist, or app services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
FitFo provides AI coaching (including emotional support), equipment and meal photo recognition, workout execution and logging, nutrition guidance, dashboards, exercise library, achievements/gamification, and community features. Features may be updated, suspended, or discontinued for product, compliance, or security reasons.
3. Eligibility and Account
- You must have legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
- You are responsible for maintaining account security and providing accurate information.
4. Health and Safety Disclaimer
FitFo is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice. Evaluate training plans based on your condition and consult a licensed professional when needed.
5. Acceptable Use
- Do not interfere with service operations, reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse APIs.
- Do not post unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
- In community features, do not post harassment, hate, violence, fraud, or other content that violates laws or platform rules.
- Do not bypass security, risk controls, or access restrictions.
6. Intellectual Property
FitFo content, trademarks, UI, and code are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or redistributed except as permitted by law.
7. Third-Party Services
Some capabilities rely on third-party providers (such as email, analytics, payment, and model API providers). Your use may also be subject to their applicable terms.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FitFo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to the extent such exclusions are legally permitted.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, community-rule violations, or security risks. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion; community content may be retained in anonymized form after deletion.
10. Governing Law and Updates
These Terms may be updated to reflect legal or product changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
